Principal
Lew Goldman is a founding member and managing partner of Goldman | Ryden Real Estate Investment Services. Lew has been a broker since 2005, with a primary focus on the acquisition and disposition of Self-Storage, Multi-Family, Mobile Home Parks and Net Leased investments. Lew works across the country, and has closed deals in 27 states with a wide variety of clients. For 18 years Lew was consistently one of the top producers within his Colliers office, and in 2016, 2019 and 2022 was recognized as a Colliers Everest Club member which recognizes the top 10% brokers nationwide.
MATT RYDEN
Principal
Matt is a founding member and principal with Goldman | Ryden Real Estate Investment Services. Through the combination of strategic business development and leading the integration of cutting edge technology into the firm, Matt has quickly risen to become one of the more active investment sales brokers in the northwest and intermountain.
